The Board of Trustees consists of the founding members or representatives of the founding institutions of the consortium. They serve as guardians of the consortium and conserve the core values, objectives, and policies of the consortium. As a collective body, the trustees hold the highest authority and responsibility to ensure the fulfilment of an organisation’s mission. Major decisions made by all the committees, including the Executive Committee, of the consortium require the final approval of the Board of Trustees.
